Lot Requirements

·       Minimum Lot Size = 3 Acres (based on 2.88 acres at Kim’s Snack Bar)

·       Required for stock piles of materials

o      Asphalt

o      Gravel

o      Black Top Stone

o      Top Soil

o      Etc.

Building Requirements

·       Garage= 50ft. X 100ft. (5000 sq. ft.)

o      6 Bays

§       5 for equipment

§       1 for maintenance (bay needs to have drainage to underground holding tank for pumping fluid)

§       Bays need 18’ minimum clearance to ceilings (to allow raised dump truck in building)

§       Bay doors should be 14ft. wide with height of 14ft.

o      Should have wood/fuel oil combination furnace

·       Attached Office = 30ft. X 20ft. (600 sq. ft.)

o      Part of office will serve as stockroom/crib for spare parts, filters, hydraulic hoses, nuts/bolts, etc.
