The Planning Commission is responsible for preparing the Town Plan and for proposing bylaws and recommendations on proposed amendments.  The Commission also makes recommendations regarding land development, urban renewal, transportation, economic and social development, and historic and scenic preservation, the conservation of energy and wetland protection.
